Greater Buffalo Policies Reminder

Greater Buffalo Gymnastics Families,


As we head into the second month of the new year, and with the increase of new students coming off of waitlists and joining our classes, we would like to remind everyone of a few building policies when bringing your students to class each week.

  • Classes start on time, please plan to bring your student no more than 5 minutes before class starts.
  • Please remind your students to make sure they grab all of their belongings when leaving the locker room. Any coats, water bottles, and shoes that are left behind can be found in the blue Lost and Found tote in the balcony.
  • Parents and guardians assisting children under 5 years to class should use the locker/restroom of the parent’s gender.
  • If you will be late picking your student up, please contact Client Services and we will be sure to keep your student with us at the front desk until you arrive.

Did you know you can find our class season calendar on our website? Be sure to check it out so that you can refer to any future closings throughout the season. The News & Announcements section of our website (on the homepage) and the Customer Portal are updated on a monthly basis with any need-to-know information that may be important to you.
