Adult Open Workouts

Adult Open Workouts are open to anyone age 18 & over. These sessions are designed to give ex-gymnasts and first-timers alike an opportunity to get in the gym for a workout. Instructors are available during the workouts but they are unstructured to allow you to work on an old favorite event or a new skill you’re hoping to perfect. Classes are available in sessions throughout the year.

Ages 18 & Up – 8 Week Session
Wednesday Evenings from 8:00-9:30 pm

  • October 2 – November 20
  • January 8 – February 26
  • April 22 – June 10

Registration Form, Registration Fee, and Session Fee needed at least 24 hours prior to the start of the session–Accepted Until Full

 

DRESS CODE: Socks or bare feet only, no sneakers. Long hair pulled back,
limited jewelry, athletic clothing (modest attire), no jeans
