Girls and Boys Recreational Classes – You’re up first!

Find the worksheet for your class level and get moving!  These have been designed as activities that can be performed at home with little to no equipment but are all things you have done in the gym before.  If something doesn’t sound familiar, just ask!  Also be on the look out for pictures and videos of some of the skills.  For our male gymnasts, the only thing that isn’t applicable are some of the activities for beam, everything else translates in both men’s and women’s gymnastics.


  • SAFETY FIRST!  Don’t do anything you don’t already know how to do on your own.
  • Your furniture is not gymnastics equipment (as much as we might like it to be).  Use what you have, but remember your shower curtain rod is not a bar.
  • Get creative!  If you remember a cool way your coach taught something in class that you see on list, mix it up.
  • Tag us!  We miss all of you already and want to see what you are working on at home.  Send us pictures and videos so we can see how you’re keeping things gymnastics-y.

You don’t have to do these circuits everyday, but certainly could if you want to!  However you choose to utilize these, always remember to complete the warm-up first.  Stay tuned for updates as we move forward, we’ll be releasing new workouts each week.
