Team At-Home Workouts Week 5 & 6

Team Gymnasts:  Updated At-Home workouts are here!  Find your level below and get started.  Just like before, you’ll be using these workouts for two weeks so really work on doing the exercises technically correct.  Remember the most benefit will come from being in the proper position and doing the exercise for the time listed.
