Year-Round Program Reminder

Dear Greater Buffalo Families,

Hello and Happy Spring! We hope this message finds you enjoying some brighter days! As we approach the summer months, we wanted to reach out with some exciting information about your gymnasts’ classes. Beginning this season, we transitioned to a year-round gymnastics program, for both recreational and competitive gymnasts.

What does this mean for your child? It means that your child’s spot in their class is theirs, for as long as you want it. No need to drop and re-enroll, you can simply continue coming to your class with the exception of designated breaks. The only time you will need to move or change classes is at the recommendation of your child’s coach when they are ready to move to the next level.

Should you be interested in taking a break from gymnastics, our current policy will remain in effect throughout the year; simply let Client Services know by the last day of any given month that your gymnast will not be returning the following month. This will release your gymnast from the spot and also suspend any charges from being applied to your account.

Next, please mark your calendars for our annual Class Shows! During your child’s regularly scheduled class the week of June 13-18 is a time for all students to show off their skills and accomplishments. More information will follow when it gets closer to Show Time and we look forward to seeing families and friends to celebrate your children’s hard work!

Following the last week of classes and our 4th of July break, your child’s class will continue at the same day and time when we re-open on July 5. Please reach out with any questions, we are looking forward to spending the summer with all of you!
