Munchkins in Motion
Our Munchkins in Motion program is designed to give every little athlete, ages 3 to 4 years, an introduction into the sport of gymnastics! These classes are designed to begin training in the sport, on equipment just their size, while emphasizing coordination, balance, motor skills, body control, and more. It is our belief that an interactive program that includes a variety of activities helps foster individual growth and development. Classes at these levels are co-ed. As always, our trained staff and coaches are available to help with any questions.
Students must be completely out of diapers/pullups and able to use the restroom on their own, or with the help of their parent/guardian, in order to participate in class.

Junior Jumpers
Skill Level: Beginner
Age 3
Our Junior Jumpers classes are designed to allow each child the opportunity to become familiar with all of the gymnastics equipment, while developing strength, balance, and coordination. Each child has his/her own skill chart used to track progress. These classes are for children aged 3. All children must be out of diapers/pullups before enrolling in class.
Kinder Kids
Skill Level: Beginner
Age 4
Our Kinder Kids classes are designed as a stepping stone for 4 years of age to our Beginner class program. Students must be completely out of diapers/pullups before enrolling in class.
Rising Stars
Invitation Only
Ages 4 & 5
Rising Stars is an invite-only, add-on class for gymnasts age 4 & 5 who show extra potential! It is an accelerated preschool class designed to provide extra time and opportunity in the gym. Our young gymnasts will work on gaining strength, improving form and technique, and having fun! This is not a permanent class, but a way to transition to the next level in our program. Students are enrolled into this class based on their instructor's recommendation.
Leaping Learners
Skill Level: Advanced
Age 3 & 4
Leaping Learners is an invite-only advanced preschool class for enthusiastic 3- and 4-year-olds who show a growing love for gymnastics, consistently strong listening skills, and a desire to learn even more.
Designed for our most focused and coachable little athletes, Leaping Learners offers a more structured environment where gymnasts can begin building strength, coordination, and confidence through skill-based progressions all while keeping the fun and imagination of preschool alive.
Tuesdays are focused on skill breakdown and strength building, helping gymnasts understand the foundations of movement and control. Thursdays are when gymnasts put those skills together, work extra hard, and challenge themselves through full skill combinations and more advanced movement patterns.
