Dear Greater Buffalo Families;
As always, our leadership team is very closely monitoring all updates from health professionals and elected officials. Following today’s announcement that our portion of Erie County has moved into the orange zone, we wanted to reach out with a quick reminder about our facility’s status. Prior to our July reopening, Greater Buffalo Gymnastics was designated as a moderate-risk sports and recreation facility, a category which is separate from big box gyms or fitness/exercise locations.
Based on this status, and our impeccable safety record in regard to COVID-19, we will be continuing with our regular schedule at this time along with all of our wellness checks, sanitizing protocols, and safety procedures. Should a move be made to close all non-essential businesses, we will be prepared and keep you informed of your options every step of the way during that transition. All of the measures that have kept us safe since July will remain in place, along with the addition of gymnasts masking up during their classes/workouts.
We appreciate your support and loyalty over the last year more than we could ever express. Thank you for trusting us with your children and allowing us to provide a fun and safe outlet that we hope is a bright spot for your family during and otherwise strange time.
